Heavy Engineering Corporation, HEC, invites applications from young, energetic and result oriented persons of Indian nationality for Executive Trainees Technical – ET (Tech) / Finance- ET (FIN) / Personnel officers- ET (HR). HEC is going for recruitment of 117 Nos. of Executive Trainees (Technical/ Finance/ HR):

A. Executve Trainee (Technical) :
  • No of Post : 107 posts,
  • Essential Qualification : Four years full time recognised degree in Engineering/ Technology,
  • Age Limit : Maximum Age 29 years as on 31.07.2010.
B. Executive Trainee (Finance) :
  • No of Post : 05 posts,
  • Essential Qualification : CA/ICWA,
  • Age Limit : Maximum Age 29 years as on 31.07.2010.
C. Executive Trainee (HR) :
  • No of Post : 05 posts,
  • Essential Qualification : MBA (HR), PGDHRM or PG in Social Work with specialisation in HR/ Industrial relations/ Personnel Management,
  • Age Limit : Maximum Age 29 years as on 31.07.2010.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be on the basis of written test on all India basis followed by interview of the selected candidates on the basis of their performance in the written test. Candidates short listed on the basis of the performance in the written test will be called for interview at Ranchi for which only SC/ST and Physically challenged candidates will be paid Sleeper class return railway fare by the shortest route (on production of required document). The FINAL LIST of candidates being offered, “Offer of appointment” will be made available on HEC website.
