A dwelling unit can be looked upon as a machine that functions perfectly in the desired intention and also as a space that 'breathes'. The aim of this competition is to address both the issues of technical and functional contemporariness and also of a coherent community structure of the residents, trying to generate a balance through design of a vertical habitat.
